Iron Recovery

Feel Amazing

Optimal Health

and Improved Performance

While traditionally a rest and recovery day is a passive process, at Iron Courts, our clinicians have revolutionized this concept. We use evidence-based active recovery techniques to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a recovery day. We have multiple recovery techniques for athletes of all types and ages; such as IV hydration, cryotherapy, compression therapy, TENS stimulation, percussion therapy, and stretching. Iron Recovery is built to help you feel amazing.

An Incredible family of recovery services

all under one roof

Many just think of recovery as a day of rest. However, we at Iron Courts think of it differently. Iron Recovery is very important in getting to optimal health and improved performance; make a consultation today so see which recovery techniques would suit you best.  We have multiple recovery techniques for athletes of all types and ages. Parents can also enjoy Iron Recovery services while their athlete trains or performs. Our recovery modalities include IV hydration, cryotherapy, compression therapy, TENS simulation, percussion therapy, and stretching.

Hydration Therapy

Whether you want to get hydrated before a basketball game or to be your best self or are feeling under the weather and want to recover faster, we have IV hydration that can fit your needs.

Cryotherapy (Penguin)

Iron Recovery Cryo uses the science of exposing parts of the body to sub-zero temperatures in order to stimulate physical health benefits. It reduces inflammation in the area by boosting an anti-inflammatory chemical.

Compression Therapy

Pneumatic compression therapy is a common treatment to help improve circulation. 97% of American professional sport teams use this technology to enhance their athletes’ recovery.

Electrical Stimulation (TENS)

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a method of pain relief involving the use of a mild electrical current. By adjusting the rate and intensity of the current, this treatment can also be used to create strong muscle twitches. This helps to clear waste products through the circulatory and lymphatic system.

Percussion Therapy

Iron Recovery Percussion Therapy helps distribute the thickened fascia fluid to relieve the pressure and tightness you feel. Repeated pressure at high speed thins the fluids, making the fascia more pliable so that your muscle can move more easily and efficiently, giving your body a great platform to recover from and build strength.

Assisted Stretching

One-on-one assisted stretching promotes recovery by improving flexibility, mobility, and motor control. Tightness and pain can be relieved by an experienced practitioner who understands muscle imbalances. PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching is an effective technique

Sports Medicine

Evaluations that focus on improving your quality of life and getting you back to doing the things you love. Nutrition evaluations, body composition tests (InBody), and injury evaluations are all completed at our brand new Gilbert, Arizona facility.

Weight Loss

Iron Recovery has dedicated nurse practitioners that can help evaluate you for the best possible weight loss management. We will develop a customized plan and educate you on how you can best achieve your overall health and weight loss goals.

I like everything about this place except on game days the entrance is awful. It's hard to get in and get out as hundreds of people are going in and coming out. A complete chaos and bottle neck. They need to do something about it to prevent accidents and emergencies.
Response from the owner:Thank you Syed. We are glad you are enjoying Iron Courts and appreciate you raising this concern. We recognize that traffic can become congested during larger events, and safe, efficient access is important to us. We are reviewing ways to improve traffic flow during our busiest times. Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the Iron Courts community.

I'm new to the iron courts gig. My kids play rec ball and they live it. Very positive experience for me as well.
Response from the owner:Thanks Don! Glad you are enjoying it. Stop by front desk and let us know how to earn that 5th star!

I love this facility. My son has been going since the beginning. I appreciate all the trainers that dedicated time to my son developing. I also recently had an issue with billing, and the manager took care of it for me immediately. She was very kind even when it was my error. WHOOPS!
Response from the owner:Thanks Liz! Means a lot. We are here for the community and want to make sure everyone gets what they need.

Shout out to the IronCourts team for what they’ve built and done in Gilbert and now in Phoenix. I’ve been coaching a team (AZ Ballerz) for 3 years and have played in a variety of leagues in the east valley. The Gilbert location is tight, but it’s electric and you can feel the energy - it’s like you’re sitting front row. The Phoenix location is second to none in the valley. MJ and the team are incredible to work with and they’re fair with their approach when issues pop up on officiating, eligibility or some sort of disagreement. I would also add that they have one of the best rec leagues I’ve ever seen and I always refer newer players there for that reason. We are thankful for IronCourts because it has given an opportunity for kids to learn basketball consistently in a very positive faith based environment.
Response from the owner:Thank you Derek! So glad your families are able to call Iron Courts home!

This facility is large with multiple courts. It is extremely loud inside. Lots of seating available.
Response from the owner:Thanks for the review Dustin! We agree, it can get pretty loud when the gym is packed with athletes. We had a large PGC basketball camp this week so it was especially busy. We like to think that’s the sound of kids learning, competing, and having fun. Thanks for stopping by!

A little loud if you are trying to take it all in. But the facility is good. Front counter help knows what is going on.
Response from the owner:Thanks Tracy! Glad your family is enjoying it.

Iron courts has been incredible for us. My son has done the EPA program here for almost two years, played several seasons of the rec league and then transitioned into the club team with the az legends. The staff is awesome and super helpful. The coaching staff is great. The facility is always clean and well managed. Really happy with our time here. From the culture to the basketball development. I highly recommend Iron Courts.
Response from the owner:Thanks Ryan! Means a lot. Your family is doing it the right way. Our pathway of Rec to Icons to Legends is designed to get kids to elite level play without rushing or hurting kids confidence. We are excited to see your families continued growth. Iron Sharpening Iron

Ari, the Site Director at Iron Courts is the best Site Director We’ve ever worked with in the Valley when it comes to Basketball Leagues and Tournaments. Also Diane Amini is an amazing RN they have on Staff that does IV Drips and makes the process seamless and great for people who get nervous about that kind of stuff!
Response from the owner:Thanks Hayley! Ari is the best! Diane is doing an awesome job in Recovery

I have been very impressed with Iron Courts. The facilities are outstanding, and the leagues are incredibly well organized. Refs are fair and will also help teach the players on how to improve. The kids are having fun and learning basketball, and that is really what it is all about.
Response from the owner:Thanks Scott! Our leagues have been our most popular programs

This place and the team here are absolute TOP NOTCH! I've been in Medical 25 Years now and that side of the house they really standout. Needed a full set of Blood Labs and an EKG on super short notice (as in same day!) for a Pre-Op clearance for a surgery that was literally less than 48 hours out. Even w/ 25 years in the field, getting that done w/in hours would have been a long shot. They made the impossible, possible. 💪🏽☘️
Response from the owner:Thanks Jeff! Our Iron Recovery is helping people of all ages achieve maximum results! See you again soon.

Iron Courts has a nice gym that hosts basketball events for all skill levels. Iron Courts has done a great job at protecting players, coaches, and staff from aggressive parents and spectators.
Response from the owner:Thanks Marshall! Means a lot. We have an amazing group of employees that are doing their best and trying to make it all about the kids! Sometimes parents let winning and losing and other small things ruin the experience but we will keep striving to improve and continue to help kids reach their full potential.
