Guest Pass
Guest Pass Benefits:
- Basketball Open Gym or Open Runs require a Membership or Guest Pass to enter the facility.
- Volleyball Open Play also requires a Membership or Guest Pass.
- You must be over 18 years old or have a legal guardian to sign the waiver prior to being allowed in.

Iron Courts Member Policy
Changes to your membership are accepted as shown below with advanced notice per your General Terms Agreement. Some changes require additional steps to finalize your request — we will respond accordingly.
No Show Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy
Most memberships have a 3 month initial term. Our general membership is month to month.
if you need to cancel your membership after that period, a 30-day notice is required. Cancellations need to be sent in writing to the address below or via email to hello@ironcourts.com. A confirmation email will be required. Although we are sorry to see you go, we hope to serve you again in the future! Enrollment Fee may apply after cancellation if re-enrolling.
League Cancellation Policy
Iron Courts will refund you in full (less a $10 processing fee) if requested 4 weeks prior to the start of the season. If you registered within 4 weeks of the season, you would need to cancel within 48 hours after registration for a full refund. 50% will be refunded after 48 hours up to the first game of the season. Please understand that we build rosters, order jersey’s, purchase player insurance and other expenses at least 4 weeks before the season begins.
