Iron Courts has developed a comprehensive sports performance training program that includes training sessions and testing for athletes of all ages. This program enhances performance, builds confidence, and improves self-esteem in boys and girls ages 7 and older. And as Iron Sharpens Iron, our trainers help athletes build strength, increase speed, improve performance, and build character. Iron Courts Athlete Skill Levels:
Rookie: Builds Foundation for Coordination and Athleticism. Usually 7 – 9 years old or new to foundational movement training.
Junior: Emphasize Power, Vertical Jump, and Speed. Usually 10 – 12 years old and/or have some experience with foundational movement training.
Elite: Maximize Power, Strength, Speed, and Endurance to prepare for College Athletics. Usually 13 years and older and/or experienced in necessary foundational movements.
Adult: 18+ Only. Fitness Training focused on overall health, endurance, and personalized goals.

Our Sports Performance Training Program uses the Five Pillars of Athletic Training. We focus on building dynamic stability and a strong core to improve overall power and strength. Using 3D resistance training, we can increase strength in movements used specifically in basketball and other sports. Focusing on speed and agility and endurance training we use fundamental movement skills and sport-specific skills to develop athleticism, increase speed, strength, and reduce injuries and increase stamina.
Sports Performance Training
Our Sports Performance Training Class gives athletes of all ages entry access to an elite level sports performance training program. We start by teaching the fundamentals. Then we focus on fundamental movement skills and sports-specific skills to increase your vertical, strength and explosiveness. And to reduce injury, we add specific training techniques meant to prepare your body for healthy play. Our classes are done in small group environments which allows for positive competition but also individual coaching to make sure all sessions are productive and injury free.

Athletes need to be quick on their feet and even quicker to react. Agility training will help athletes at any level of fitness and experience develop a quicker first step and improved reactions.

Adult Training Programs
Our Adult Only Performance Training Class gives adults a chance to get fit and improve their strength and conditioning. Classes are before or after work and on weekends. The class is individualized to help you reach your goals and to feel great.
Our classes are done in small group environments which allows for positive competition but also individual coaching to make sure all sessions are productive and injury free. To drive well-rounded results, we use scientifically-based training methods and a holistic training approach.
Monday to Friday – 7am (Morning)
Mon/Wed – 7pm, Tues/Thur – 6pm (Evening)
Sunday – 2pm (Weekend / Afternoon)

Proteus Strength and Power Training
The only way to measure and train power for every movement. Using 3D resistance technology, the Proteus trains power, unlike any other conventional training method. It achieves this by allowing you to train strength and velocity at the same time with athletic/dynamic intent in all directions, during every repetition. This means you can train with the same intensity and intent you would use in competition. This heightened muscular engagement prompts users to produce force from the ground up and naturally adjust to discover their optimal movement patterns.
This training method provides twice the neuromuscular stimulation compared to conventional means. It strengthens the entire movement pattern for maximum efficiency, performing two exercises at once. The Proteus is also safer than traditional resistance training tools as there is no drop-off or eccentric demand placed on the muscles since it adapts itself to your movements. So when you stop, it stops. Thus this unique resistance system has a minimal negative impact on joints and tissues.
