To help your athlete get the most out of their performance, sign them up to work directly with an Iron Courts trainer to maximize their time in the gym. Our Iron Courts trainers will evaluate their abilities and provide a series of workouts tailored to their skillset and areas of recommended growth.

Custom Training for Basketball
Custom basketball training sessions are available for Iron Courts Members with one of our experienced trainers throughout the week. Work on ball handling, shooting, form, finishing, and more based on your desired areas of improvement. Sessions can be 1 on 1 or you can add a second athlete for an additional price.

Custom Training to Build Performance
Sessions are available for Iron Courts Members with one of our experienced trainers throughout the week. Work on strength, plyometrics, speed, or Proteus 3D Motion training. A customized individualized training program can be built for the athlete to focus on desired areas or areas of weakness.
